• Deep expertise in:

• Hands-on experience in DevOps (Azure DevOps), CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of security model, role-based access, and performance tuning
• Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
• Prior experience in end-to-end D365 CRM + ERP integrated programs
• Exposure to Copilot/AI capabilities within Dynamics ecosystem
• Experience working in global delivery / multi-shore models
