Dynamics Business Central Consultant

To £75,000 + £10,000 bonus + Work from Anywhere!

They’re currently on the lookout for a Dynamics BC Consultant to help build out a rapidly expanding practice. You can expect to play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge solutions through being given the platform to showcase your technical expertise. The role:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into system configurations and customisations within Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Designing and configuring the Dynamics 365 Business Central system to meet client needs, including chart of accounts setup, dimensions, posting groups, and workflows.
• Conducting system testing and assisting with user acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets functional and technical requirements.
• Providing training and support to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilise Dynamics 365 Business Central and maximise its potential.
• Performing data migration activities, ensuring the accurate and timely transfer of data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and advising clients on best practices to enhance their business operations.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of Dynamics 365 Business Central and assessing their relevance and applicability to client environments.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver successful implementations and ensure client satisfaction.

Technical Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality, configuration, and customisation options.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and best practices, with hands-on experience in financials, supply chain, and manufacturing modules (finance is a must-have).
• Ability to analyse business requirements and design appropriate solutions using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate or Developer Associate, are highly desirable.
• Experience working with multiple versions of Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central will be an added advantage (Cloud/Online is preferred)
