What you'll be doing:

• Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM functional solutions.
• 
  Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• 
  Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales & Customer Service).
• 
  Produce functional documentation and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
• 
  Lead functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• 
  Create user documentation and training materials.
• 
  Drive continuous improvements and mentor junior functional consultants.

You'll be a great match if you have;

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 
  4+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
• 
  Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales & Customer Service).
• 
  Experience leading functional workstreams and interacting directly with business stakeholders.
• 
  Excellent communication and analytical skills.
