Expected deliverables

  • Manage the overall delivery relationship with
    assigned program / project clients
  • Deliver weekly status reports, either
    developed directly or in concert with the project
    managers working in the program, and
    providing program/project progress and
    issues to client stakeholders, delivery
    management
  • Business analysis, functional requirement
    gathering and process mapping
  • Functional design document (FDD)
    development
  • Functional installation, configuration, and user
    acceptance testing
  • Key user training, go-live support, and post
    go-live process improvement
