As Advisory Technology Consulting is growing, our ambition is to grow in our MicrosoftBizAppspractice. We are looking for a highly experienced Dynamics 365 FinanceManagerto lead and support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply ChainManagementYou will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for someone with deep functionalexpertise, a hands-on approach, andstrong communicationand leadership skills.

Your impact

As a Dynamics 365 Finance Manager,you’llmake an impact by:

• Leading end-to-end Dynamics 365Financeimplementations, from requirement gathering to go-live andhypercare

• Translating complex business needs into clear functional designs and system configurations.

• Advising stakeholders on best practices, system capabilities, and process optimization.

• Conducting workshops, fit-gap analyses, solution design sessions, and documentation.

• Collaborating with architects and developers to ensure solution consistency and quality.

• Configuring and customize D365Financemodules (AccountsPayable, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, etc.)

• Supporting data migration, testing cycles, integration design, and UAT.

• Provide leadership and coaching to junior consultants.

• Ensure solutions are aligned to industry standards, security guidelines, and projectmethodology

• Act as a trusted advisor, driving digital transformation and user adoption.

About you

• You have minimum 5 years of hands-on experienceimplementing Dynamics 365Finance

• You have a strongFinancefunctionalknowledge.

• You have proven experience delivering full lifecycle ERP projects.

• You have strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business challenges.

• You have experience working with Power Platform, integrations, and data migration tools.

• You have excellent communication skills; able to engage with C-level stakeholders and end users.

• You have strong documentation, workshop, and presentation capabilities.

• You are fluent in English (and Dutch/Frenchisa must).
