Role Overview

The Software Developer will support a large-scale
modernization initiative focused on document digitization and records
management. This role is responsible for implementing system enhancements that
improve document indexing, usability, and physical records management. The
developer will work across the full development lifecycle, from translating
technical specifications into functional applications to testing,
troubleshooting, and supporting system implementations and migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Translate
  technical system specifications into working, tested software
  applications.
• 
  Develop
  detailed programming specifications and write or generate high-quality
  code.
• 
  Compile
  and maintain data-driven programs and conduct thorough unit testing.
• 
  Troubleshoot
  and resolve technical issues arising during software use, implementation,
  conversions, and migrations.
• 
  Provide
  technical assistance during system implementations, data conversions, and
  migrations.
• 
  Configure
  and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including integration of MS
  Field Services.
• 
  Implement
  document indexing and physical records management enhancements to improve
  system usability.
• 
  Perform
  knowledge transfer activities through documentation, meetings, and
  collaboration with project team members.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

• 
  Software
  Development:
  Proven experience developing detailed programming
  specifications, writing code, and translating technical specifications
  into functional applications.
• 
  Testing
  and Maintenance:
  Demonstrated experience conducting unit tests,
  compiling data-driven programs, and maintaining software applications.
• 
  Troubleshooting
  & Support:
  Strong experience resolving technical problems during
  implementations, conversions, and data migrations.
• 
  Dynamics
  365 Configuration:
  Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics
  365 solutions, including system changes related to document indexing and
  records management.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 
  Strong
  application development skills with the ability to deliver working, tested
  solutions.
• 
  Extensive
  experience with system testing, maintenance, and unit testing practices.
• 
  Proven
  technical problem-solving skills during system use and deployment.

  Experience
  with document digitization initiatives and records management enhancements
  using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
