We are looking for experienced professionals to support enhancement and optimization of an existing CRM ecosystem built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 with mobile capabilities via Mobile CRM. The role focuses on data modeling, integration development, and platform optimization rather than greenfield implementation.
Scope
Further develop and optimise the existing On-Trade Sales app.
Work mainly within Resco Mobile CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
Improve existing app functionality, workflows, forms and views.
Reduce manual CRM workarounds by moving relevant steps into the app.
Improve the mobile and iPad user experience for the field sales team.
Support better visit planning through improved CRM data and app logic.
Help translate business requirements into practical technical changes.
Support testing, bug fixing, release preparation and hypercare.
Key technical focus areas
Resco Mobile CRM configuration and development.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 configuration.
CRM entities, fields, forms, views, workflows and business rules.
Low-code configuration and workflow automation.
Mobile app flows for account management, visit planning and sales activities.
CRM data flows, validation and data quality improvements.
Basic integration logic between Resco, Dynamics CRM and other systems.
Mobile usability, navigation and screen layout improvements.
Required experience
Experience with Resco Mobile CRM.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
Experience with CRM-based mobile app development or configuration.
Understanding of CRM data models, entities and relationships.
Experience with low-code configuration, workflows and business rules.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with testing, bug fixing and release support.
Advanced English skills
