Job Description
This role requires strong functional knowledge of Sales Hub, Customer Insight Journeys, Project Operations, and a custom model-driven app, paired with the technical ability to design, customize, and maintain applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, as well as writing and fixing plugins (C#), JavaScript, and Azure Logic Apps, as well as assist with data integrations.
The Dynamics 365 CRM Developer/Analyst collaborates with senior developers and business stakeholders to analyze and resolve functional issues, improve processes, and provide reliable, user-friendly tools.
- Design, develop and implement variety of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 centric solutions.
- Analyze and resolve functional issues within Sales Hub, Customer Insight Journeys, Project Operations, and the custom model-driven app, partnering with business stakeholders to troubleshoot root cause.
- Diagnose and fix technical issues in plugins, JavaScript web resources, Power Automate flows, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Work with Stakeholders and Customers to understand the business needs to properly build out new apps and features.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in all aspects of Power Platform, including Collaboration, Business Process Management, Document Management, Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven), Power Automate, Plugin development (C#), JavaScript customizations and Azure Logic Apps.
- Collaborate day-to-day with an energetic team of like-minded developers, product managers and others.
- Participate in design, code and test review cycles.
- Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, and Power Platform can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
- Quickly learn new technologies, platforms and deliver proof-of-concept solutions and/or prototypes.
- Deliver virtual demos and training sessions of custom workflow solutions to clients upon request.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven apps), Power Automate, Dynamics 365 Sales Hub, Dynamics 365 Customer Insight Journeys, Project Operations, and custom model-driven apps.
- Minimum 1 years of business systems development, analysis and support experience.
- Minimum 1 years of experience with development in Dynamics 365, Dataverse and other custom connectors.
- Minimum 1 year experience of SharePoint interactions with Dynamics 365 and Azure
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on development experience with plugin development (C#), JavaScript customizations, Power Automate flows, and Azure Logic Apps

- Microsoft and other technical certifications (such as Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant Associate, and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate)
- JIRA experience
- Expert knowledge in Object Oriented Principles and Design Patterns
- Expert knowledge in database design and development
