UGL is seeking a Dynamic Testing Supervisor to lead and coordinate dynamic testing activities across major infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Person in Charge of Testing (PICOT), this role is responsible for ensuring all testing activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved test procedures and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Support the PICOT in the planning, coordination, and execution of dynamic testing activities.
Lead and facilitate daily pre-start briefings, ensuring all personnel understand testing objectives, safety requirements, work methods, and site-specific risks.
Supervise and support testing crews during test execution, including obtaining, recording, and validating test measurements and performance data.
Ensure all site facilities, equipment, communications systems, access arrangements, test instruments, and support resources are correctly established and operational prior to testing.
Monitor testing progress and provide real-time feedback to the PICOT on test outcomes, issues, and potential risks.
Coordinate with construction, commissioning, operations, and stakeholder teams to ensure testing activities are completed efficiently and safely.
Maintain accurate test records and ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with project and quality requirements.
Proactively identify and escalate safety hazards, technical issues, and operational constraints that may impact testing activities.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with UGL procedures, project specifications, and relevant industry standards.
About You
Experience supervising testing, commissioning, or operational activities within rail, infrastructure, electrical, signalling, or systems environments.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and risk management.
Ability to interpret technical documentation, test procedures, and engineering drawings.
Experience collecting and analysing test data and measurements.
High level of organisational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced testing environments.
