We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) Consultant with strong expertise in ERP implementations, Integration Testing, and enterprise business processes This role is ideal for professionals who have extensive experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 FO solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful ERP transformation initiatives.

As a D365 FO Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring and implementing ERP solutions, coordinating integration and user acceptance testing, and ensuring seamless deployment across enterprise environments. You will work closely with functional consultants, developers, business stakeholders, QA teams, and project managers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ERP solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable ERP solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Configure finance, supply chain, operations, and related ERP modules based on business needs.
• Design, coordinate, and execute Integration Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Collaborate with development teams to validate customizations, integrations, workflows, and data migration processes.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and integration issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate with business users, architects, and technical teams to ensure successful ERP deployment and post-go-live support.
• Develop functional documentation, solution designs, testing strategies, process flows, and user training materials.
• Support ERP upgrades, enhancements, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with implementation methodologies, governance standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentoring to junior consultants and project team members.
• Contribute to project planning, risk management, and successful delivery of enterprise ERP transformation programs.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO)solutions.
• Strong expertise in ERP implementations, business process analysis, and enterprise application consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect management.
• Solid understanding of finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, or operations modules within Dynamics 365 FO.
• Experience working with integrations involving APIs, middleware platforms, Azure services, and third-party enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies, data migration, system configuration, and deployment best practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering reliable enterprise solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, reporting tools, and automation technologies is an added advantage.
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality ERP solutions in fast-paced enterprise environments.
