Ready to shape AI-enabled CRM architecture at enterprise scale?
Why HSBC
HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world. Guided by our purpose of opening up a world of opportunity, our ambition is to become the world’s most trusted bank globally, putting customers at the heart of everything we do.
The Opportunity
As Associate Director, Solution Architecture you’ll define end-to-end solution architecture for CRM platforms including microservices, integrations and AI-enabled capabilities. You’ll set the architectural direction across CRM, legacy systems and third-party vendors using scalable secure patterns. A core part of the role is designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and where relevant GCP Vertex AI. You’ll also own delivery assurance across engineering standards, CI/CD readiness and production quality so solutions perform reliably in live environments. Success means clear architecture artefacts, strong integration outcomes and AI patterns that can be reused and governed across teams.
What you'll be doing
Building AI-first CRM foundations
This is a chance to set the architecture that underpins how CRM platforms integrate, scale and deliver AI-enabled capabilities. You’ll turn complex requirements into clear solution designs and reusable patterns that teams can implement with confidence. If you want to shape cloud and AI decisions across an enterprise ecosystem while keeping production quality front and centre, this role offers meaningful scope and visibility. Apply to join HSBC and help create technology that supports customers and colleagues every day.
