Commercial & Distributor Operation Manager

APeC地域｜営業企画・事業分析

アジア太平洋地域（中国を除く、APeC）のDxRM事業において、営業データをもとに成長機会と課題を見極め、各国の営業責任者の意思決定を支えるポジションです。売上、フォーキャスト、案件、顧客、販売代理店の実績を分析し、数字の背景にある要因を明らかにしたうえで、次に取るべき施策を提案していただきます。

担当領域には営業オペレーション、販売代理店の管理、部門横断のプロジェクトも含まれます。その中心となるのは、データから事業に役立つ知見を引き出し、各国のチームとともに具体的な取り組みにつなげることです。Individual Contributorとして専門性と主体性を発揮できる方を求めています。

主な業務内容

事業分析・営業への提案

売上、フォーキャスト、案件、顧客、販売代理店のデータを分析し、業績の変化とその要因、成長機会やリスクを特定する

計画と実績の差や案件の進捗を踏まえ、各国の営業責任者と優先課題を議論し、対応策を提案する

定期的な事業レビューに向けて、主要KPIの動向、事業への影響、次に取るべき施策を分かりやすくまとめる

営業オペレーション・代理店管理の改善

各国の営業チームと連携し、フォーキャストの精度向上や、営業実績を把握・評価する仕組みの改善を進める

販売代理店の実績と事業機会を分析し、評価指標やレビュー方法の整備、改善計画の策定を支援する

データの質やレポーティングの課題を把握し、営業チームがより的確に判断できる運用方法を提案する

部門横断の取り組み・ツールの活用

APeCの事業上の優先課題に沿って、各国、リージョナル、グローバルの関係者と協働し、改善プロジェクトを進める

Excel、Salesforce、Power BI、Tableau、AIツールなどを目的に応じて活用し、分析、可視化、意思決定の質を高める

応募資格・求める経験

大学卒業以上

事業分析、営業オペレーション、または関連する業務の経験

データを分析し、その結果を営業や事業運営に関する提案につなげた経験

B2Bビジネスへの理解と、さまざまな関係者と協働して取り組みを進める力

Excel、CRM、BIツールなどを業務で活用できる方。特定のツールをすべて使いこなす必要はありません

販売代理店との協業、複数の国・地域にまたがる業務、ライフサイエンス・化学・産業材などのB2B事業に関わった経験があれば歓迎します

As a Commercial & Distributor Operation Manager, you will play a high-impact individual contributor role in advancing commercial operations, distributor management, and business performance across the DxRM business in Asia Pacific excluding China (APeC). As our business search lights, you will help translate strategy into execution, strengthen operating discipline, and enable better decisions through data, digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic APeC environment.

This role offers broad exposure across countries, regional, and global stakeholders and sits at the intersection of commercial operations, channel governance, business intelligence, and strategic execution. It is an opportunity to shape how the business runs, how performance is managed, and how commercial teams focus on the actions that matter most with powerful tools.

Your role

• Drive commercial operations excellence by improving end-to-end sales processes, KPI visibility, and performance tracking. Support target setting, forecast and order management. Identifying gaps, highlighting priorities, and enabling focus on the actions that drive growth
• Strengthen distributor governance and channel effectiveness by supporting distributor performance management, governance frameworks, and regional action plans that improve long-term partnership. Partner with individual country commercial leaders to elevate distributor business performance
• Lead and support cross-functional strategic initiatives by shaping and coordinating projects aligned with APeC business priorities. Align stakeholders, resolve issues, and drive execution across country, regional, and global teams to build a more effective operating model for DxRM APeC.
• Generate data-driven insights and business recommendations by analysing commercial performance, identifying trends, risks, growth drivers. Translate findings into clear implications and actionable recommendations. Prepare regular business insights including performance updates, strategic analysis, risks, and recommended actions.
• Leverage analytical and AI-enabled tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and aI-tools to improve KPI monitoring, business visibility, and decision support. Drive stronger adoption of intelligence tools and data discipline to enhance CRM effectiveness and insight generation

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university in business, economics, engineering, life science, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus. Ability to independently manage and deliver end-to-end processes or tasks with accountability.
• Ability to independently own and deliver end-to-end processes or tasks with accountability as professional
• Proven experience in sales operations, business intelligence, project management, consulting, or related functions, with commercial judgment and execution discipline
• Solid understanding of B2B business models and distributor or channel partnership structures, with the ability to support channel effectiveness
• Analytical capability and translating results into clear commercial insights, recommendations, and actions
• Hands-on proficiency in AI and digital productivity tools, as well as Power BI, Tableau, and SFDC to improve visibility and decision-making
• Experience working in the APeC business environment, with strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and structured problem-solving skills.
