The Digital Transformation – Solutions Delivery & Governance Student Intern will support digital transformation initiatives by assisting in solution delivery, process improvement, governance activities, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The intern will gain hands-on experience in digital projects, business process automation, technology adoption, and governance practices that help drive operational excellence and innovation across the organization.

This role provides an opportunity to work closely with digital transformation teams, business stakeholders, and solution owners to support the successful delivery of technology-enabled solutions and ensure alignment with organizational standards and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Solutions Delivery Support

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and tracking of digital transformation initiatives and projects.
  • Support the documentation of business requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
  • Participate in solution testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and action items.
  • Help prepare project status updates and implementation reports.

Process Analysis and Improvement

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in documenting current-state and future-state process flows.
  • Support process optimization and automation initiatives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Governance and Compliance Support

  • Assist in maintaining project governance documentation and project repositories.
  • Support compliance checks against established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Help monitor project risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
  • Track governance-related metrics and project performance indicators.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and validate project and operational data.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Monitor key transformation metrics and project progress.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and executive summaries for leadership reviews.

Technology and Automation Support

  • Assist in evaluating opportunities for automation and digital solutions.
  • Support the documentation of automation workflows and business requirements.
  • Participate in solution demonstrations, testing activities, and pilot implementations.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in:
    • Information Technology
    • Computer Science
    • Information Systems
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Business Administration
    • Data Analytics
    • Computer Engineering
    • Or any related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of business processes and technology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
