Overview

Drive the Demand Acceleration agenda within an assigned market scope by identifying, prioritizing, and unlocking opportunities for growth while proactively managing risks to business performance.

Act as the primary Demand Acceleration partner for local Sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders, converting business insights into actions that accelerate growth, close performance gaps, and support delivery of AOP commitments.

Leveraging deep understanding of local customers, channels, execution realities, and market dynamics, the role provides actionable recommendations that improve commercial performance and maximize business results.

As the closest link to frontline execution, the Supervisor ensures opportunities are translated into tangible actions, risks are mitigated early, and market learnings are reflected in regional planning and business decision-making.

Responsibilities

1. Drive Local Demand Acceleration Agenda

• Leverage SOE performance insights and PMR/DMR outcomes to proactively identify Risks & Opportunities impacting delivery of business targets.
• Build, maintain, and continuously prioritize a pipeline of mitigation and growth acceleration initiatives based on business impact and execution feasibility.
• Translate performance signals into actionable plans that close performance gaps, mitigate risks, and unlock incremental growth opportunities.
• Drive follow-up and realization of agreed actions, ensuring opportunities are captured and risks are addressed in a timely manner.
• Bring market-specific insights, Risk & Opportunity assessments, and initiative progress updates into PMR and DMR discussions to support fact-based decision-making and prioritization.
• Continuously challenge current business performance and identify additional growth levers across customers, channels, portfolio, activation, distribution, pricing, and execution.

1. Act as the Voice of the Market

• Provide deep expertise on local customers, channels, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Translate market insights into practical business recommendations.
• Ensure local opportunities, constraints, emerging trends, and execution realities are reflected in commercial discussions and planning cycles.

1. Enable Cross-Functional Execution

• Serve as the day-to-day Demand Acceleration partner for Sales and key business functions.
• Coordinate Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to enable timely execution of agreed commercial actions and initiatives.
• Support execution of commercial initiatives, launches, activations, and business recovery plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working through frontline insights and practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Economics, Business, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of FMCG experience in Commercial Planning, Sales, Category Management, Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Performance Management, IBP, or related commercial functions.
• Experience working with business performance data, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience identifying commercial Risks & Opportunities and translating them into mitigation and growth acceleration actions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business results through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect performance signals to root causes and business actions.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and align stakeholders around priorities and actions.
• Solid project management and follow-up skills, ensuring timely execution and delivery of agreed initiatives.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or similar reporting and analytical tools is an advantage.
• English and Russian proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
