The Distributor Sales Manager LATAM is responsible for driving distributor sales performance and profitability across the Latin American region. This role ensures the achievement of commercial objectives by managing distributor relationships, providing operational and strategic support, maintaining accurate sales forecasts, and promoting company solutions through regular engagement with distributors, end users, and key stakeholders.
Manage and develop distributor sales activities across LATAM markets.
Monitor distributor performance and ensure compliance with commercial objectives and MAF targets established in distribution agreements.
Drive revenue growth and business profitability through effective distributor management and sales execution.
Provide ongoing operational support to distributors through regular business reviews and follow-up meetings.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility.
Analyze sales trends, market opportunities, and business performance to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure timely reporting and forecast updates in alignment with regional and global planning requirements.
Conduct field visits, presentations, and promotional activities with end customers and prospective clients.
Identify new business opportunities and support distributors in developing customer relationships.
Represent the company professionally during customer interactions, training sessions, and industry events.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with all departments involved in the sales process.
Participate in regular meetings with DxCTS and GRT LATAM teams to align commercial strategies, project execution, and business priorities.
Work closely with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Marketing, Training, Customer Experience, and Collections teams to ensure seamless customer support and business operations.
Utilize Salesforce on a daily basis in accordance with company policies and best practices.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions, opportunities, forecasts, and business activities.
Provide regular reports on distributor performance, market developments, and sales activities.

Bachelor’s degree in:
Biomedicine
Pharmacy
Biochemistry
Biology
Related Life Sciences discipline
Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the diagnostics, medical devices, laboratory, or transfusion medicine industry.
Proven experience managing distributors and indirect sales channels across LATAM.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
Fluent Spanish (written and spoken).
Professional English proficiency, including the ability to participate in training sessions and deliver presentations.
Portuguese is considered an asset.
Strong operational and organizational skills.
