Job Description

The Digital Office delivers seamless technology experiences to Nokia employees, as well as external users across the world. Our role is to translate Nokia’s business and technology goals into practical, people‑focused solutions that make work simpler.

For this internship, you’ll be joining the User Experience unit that helps employees adopt new digital solutions smoothly and confidently. We focus on understanding user needs, improving clarity and usability, and ensuring changes are easy for people to navigate. Your work will support the overall experience of IT services used by employees across the globe.

What you’ll learn:

  • Change Management essentials: how communication, user readiness, and user insights make a difference when introducing new tools or processes
  • Best practices for IT service adoption: how to help people understand, embrace, and benefit from new digital solutions
  • Process improvement methods: how to simplify and standardize ways of working to create smoother experiences
  • Help compile and organize data about different initiatives
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative information, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Prepare communication materials related to user experience initiatives and improvements
  • Support user testing activities, including value analysis and pilots

You Have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi)
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Written communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple, user‑friendly language
  • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and deriving insights from data
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Exposure to project management principles and user research
  • Experience working or collaborating in multicultural or global environments.
