Located amongst the sand dunes of Rottnest Island, Pinky’s Restaurant offers an incredible setting for our guests and team. We’re looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join us and help lead our Food & Beverage operations.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll support the day-to-day running of Pinky’s, lead the team through service and help create a memorable experience for our guests.
