Wests Cardiff is seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our leadership team.
Reporting to the Premise Manager and working closely with department leaders and frontline teams, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue while ensuring exceptional service, compliance, team performance and customer experiences.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in creating positive experiences for customers and team members alike.

This is a full-time opportunity requiring availability across a 7-day rotating roster (4-day work week & 3-week rotating roster). As a venue leadership position, shifts will include evenings, weekends and public holidays.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certifications required: RSA, RCG, Tab Basics Certification, First Aid and preferably ARCG
