Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Duty Manager to oversee Front Office operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth hotel operations, and adherence to IHG standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Front Office operations, including Reception, Reservations, Concierge/Bell Desk, and guest services.
• Ensure seamless check-in/check-out and deliver personalized guest experiences.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate Front Office colleagues to achieve service and operational standards.
• Support occupancy and ADR targets through effective upselling and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor billing, guest credit, cash handling, and Front Office revenue controls.
• Ensure compliance with IHG standards, hotel SOPs, safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as the Manager on Duty and take appropriate decisions in the absence of senior management.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality
• 6–7 years of Front Office experience, preferably in an upscale or luxury hotel.
• Previous supervisory/Duty Manager experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and guest-handling skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Front Office operations and PMS.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience with an international hotel brand will be an added advantage.
