AsaDutyManager, you will:
Be responsible forthesmoothrunning of our club; includingtheopening and closingtheclub when onshift
Prioritize MemberSatisfaction,Engagewithour members, fosteringhappinessand buildingstrong relationships
Lead by example,support and guide your colleagueswhile upholdingthehighest qualitystandards
Conduct toursfor prospective members,highlightingtheunique benefitsthat only NuffieldHealthprovides
Overseehealthandsafety protocols, addressing any issuesswiftly and effectively.
Help achievesalestargets
Be able toswimto ahighstandard and be willing to undergo training atsite, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
