Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced Duty Manager to join the team on a full time and permanent basis on site at the Harry Potter Studio, WD25 7LP. This role is 5/7 so flexibility on evenings and weekends is required.

What you’ll do:

• Continually driving customer service standards, resolving issues before they arrive
• Support all service aspects of Studio Tour, Hospitality and Events
• Be able to lead, coach, develop and motivate the team to achieve our targets
• Be organised and able to prioritise tasks, setting clear targets for team leaders to support you run a successful shift
• Be confident in decision making, giving feedback and a performance management
• Profit and Loss - Stock control, ordering, rotation, wastage control, GP
• Adhering to and enforcing all aspects of Food safety and Health& Safety

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 years relevant experience in the same capacity
• High level of energy, positivity and resilience coupled with working at pace and high volume.
• Extensive experience in managing and developing large teams
• Excellent time management, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
• Minimum qualification of Food Safety Level 2 Preferable
