The primary role of the Duty Engineer is to safeguard the seamless operation, comfort, and premium standards of our property’s physical infrastructure. This critical position combines advanced technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and preventative maintenance with a refined sense of hospitality, ensuring that all guest accommodations, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities remain flawless. As a critical point of contact, you will balance vital preventative maintenance tasks with urgent guest service requests, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and seamless environment for everyone on-site.
