Location Overview

Join our team in Aman Nai Lert. Amid the skyscrapers of central Bangkok, Thailand’s first urban Aman hotel and residences will rise from the verdant sanctuary that is Nai Lert Park. Here, history and nature will come together to tell a new Aman story, one entwined with the exceptional legacy of Thailand’s revered Nai Lert family.

General:

  • Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, environmental sustainability policies, occupational health and safety regulations, and local statutory requirements.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality regarding guests, VIPs, and proprietary hotel operational practices.
  • Lead by example, fostering a professional, accountable, and guest-centric service environment within the Engineering department.
  • Participate actively in shift handovers, daily operational briefings, departmental meetings, and mandatory training sessions.

Operational:

  • Lead, direct, and monitor shift technicians (across Morning, Afternoon, or Night shifts) to ensure proper coverage, safety compliance, and maximum operational efficiency.
  • Oversee staff attendance, punctuality, sick leave, shift swaps, and manage shift overtime or emergency callbacks as needed.
  • Continuously monitor and control key central utility systems, including HVAC (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs), Hot/Cold Water distribution, Pumps, Boilers, Electrical Transformers, Generators, Lighting Control (Internal/External decorative lighting), and Fire & Life Safety (FLS) systems.
  • Conduct thorough daily inspections and accurately record parameter readings, consumption figures, and system checks into official Logbooks and Log Sheets.
  • Prioritize, assign, and track the timely resolution of all maintenance Work Orders received via the hotel management system (e.g., BMS, HotSOS, Opera).
  • Drive the "Perfect Room" preventive maintenance program in close coordination with Housekeeping to ensure guest rooms meet flawless ultra-luxury standards.
  • Execute routine Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks and upkeep across guest areas, back-of-house (BOH), dining outlets, spa, and exterior grounds.
