Your Role

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the trusted point of contact for Dutch-speaking Mercedes-Benz customers, helping them with vehicle-related questions and technical support across phone, email and chat.

Your daily work will include:

• Providing professional technical support to Mercedes-Benz customers
• Assisting with vehicle features, products and connected services
• Troubleshooting customer issues and finding effective solutions
• Guiding customers through processes clearly and confidently
• Delivering the premium customer experience Mercedes-Benz is known for

You'll receive fully paid training, so you'll gain the knowledge and confidence needed to support customers successfully.

Work Remotely From Greece

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Dutch and very good English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Interest in cars and automotive technology
• Comfortable learning new digital systems and technical tools
• Customer service experience of 6+ months is preferred
