In this position, you will be responsible for safeguarding digital platforms by monitoring content for compliance with safety standards and community guidelines. Your expertise and fluency in Dutch will be essential in managing client communications and ensuring a secure online environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and review digital content to identify and mitigate potential safety risks and violations
- Investigate and resolve trust and safety concerns reported by users and clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve safety policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients in Dutch regarding safety issues and provide support
- Analyze trends in safety incidents to recommend proactive measures
- Stay informed on relevant industry regulations, legal standards, and best practices
- Assist in training and educating colleagues and clients on trust and safety topics
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Please specify your native language and nationality in your CV and cover letter.
- Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, cybersecurity, or similar roles
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation support provided
