What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be there to help customers and make sure they receive the support they need.

Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting dutch customers via phone, chat, and email
• Answering questions and finding the right solutions to customer requests
• Following up on cases and making sure they are resolved efficiently
• Creating a positive customer experience with every interaction
• Building professional and trusting relationships with customers
• Working towards individual and team targets

There are several different Customer Support projects available, so your exact responsibilities and focus may vary depending on the project you join.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Dutch
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A problem-solving mindset and a customer-focused approach
• Good computer skills
• The ability to multitask and stay organised
• A positive attitude and the motivation to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• A team player who enjoys working with people from different cultures
