Your role

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll support customers and help create a positive customer experience.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting customers via phone, email and chat
• Answering questions and solving problems
• Providing information about products and services
• Handling customer requests efficiently and professionally
• Working with internal systems and digital tools
• Collaborating with colleagues from all over Europe

Requirements

You might be a great fit if you:
