Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated customer support to Dutch-speaking clients
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve the quality of customer service
- Support onboarding and training activities for new clients
- Stay informed of company products, services, and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong customer service skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer support or consulting roles preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation costs covered
