As a Customer Service Travel Agent, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide clients through their travel bookings to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Your proficiency in Dutch will be essential in communicating effectively and building strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with travel bookings, changes, and cancellations
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality
• Stay informed about travel products, policies, and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to relocate to Greece
• Flexibility and adaptability to new challenges and environments
