We are recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative for an international gaming project based in Larnaca, Cyprus.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced customer support team assisting players with account inquiries, platform navigation, and technical troubleshooting. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding player experience while supporting users across the Dutch market.

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality customer support via live chat, email, and digital messaging channels.
• Assist players with account access, billing, and platform navigation inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt, effective solutions.
• Resolve player concerns professionally while ensuring a positive overall experience.
• Accurately document interactions and case resolutions within internal systems.
• Escalate complex technical or gameplay issues to specialized internal teams when required.
• Maintain strict adherence to company procedures, service quality standards, and data security policies.

Your Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Dutch (written and spoken).
• Good command of English.
• Previous experience in customer support, tech support, or contact center operations is an advantage.
• Passion for gaming, digital entertainment, or tech-driven platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer literacy with the ability to manage multiple tools and chat windows simultaneously.
• Customer-focused mindset with great attention to detail.
• Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Offer

• Location: Modern office in Larnaca, Cyprus (full-time on-site position).
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (rotational shifts between approximately 09:00 and 19:30, weekends off).
