Next Job Abroad is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative in the dynamic and ever-growing iGaming sector located in scenic Malta If you are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer experiences and want to be part of a vibrant team, this role is tailored for you! You will assist our Dutch-speaking players with their inquiries and ensure they enjoy a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through live chat, email, and telephone.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues effectively.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses.
• Document all customer interactions accurately to help improve overall service quality.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the gaming experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our gaming products and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially within the iGaming industry, is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer service software and platforms is beneficial.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new lifestyle and culture.
