Responsibilities
- Offer excellent customer care via chat, email, and phone to Dutch-speaking customers.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding our gaming services.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to drive service improvements.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer care or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture.
- A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is highly advantageous.
