Next Job Abroad is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Content Moderator to join our dynamic team in Malta! This role is perfect for those looking to utilize their language skills and contribute to the online safety and quality of user-generated content.
You will be responsible for reviewing online content, ensuring compliance with community standards, and maintaining a positive atmosphere for users. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for content moderation, we would love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, assess, and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content or violations of community policies.
- Maintain detailed reports on moderation actions taken.
- Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and policies regarding content moderation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing guidelines.
- Availability to relocate to Malta and contribute positively to the team.
