
Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Dutch-speaking Client Service Advisor (Domestic appliances) for their Lisbon office. This hybrid role involves providing expert support to customers who own or use household appliances. You will be part of an international, customer-focused team delivering timely, accurate and empathetic assistance across multiple channels to ensure a positive ownership experience.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat in Dutch
Provide clear, accurate and friendly support for product usage, troubleshooting and warranty queries related to domestic appliances
Troubleshoot technical issues by guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and basic diagnostics
Advise on spare parts, service appointments and warranty cover, escalating to specialised teams when required
Document interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM
Meet and exceed quality, productivity and customer satisfaction KPIs
Share customer feedback and contribute suggestions for process improvements
Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a multicultural environment and support hybrid working arrangements
Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2+) for internal communication
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, retail or a BPO environment is a plus
Basic technical understanding of household appliances (washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens) or willingness to learn quickly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong empathy and patience
Ability to handle multiple channels and tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using Google Suite, MS Office and CRM tools
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude
Willingness to work hybrid schedule and flexible shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends if required
Full-time hybrid position based in Lisbon, Portugal (office & remote mix)
Working schedule: 40 hours/week with rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday coverage)
