As a Junior O2C Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, from order entry to billing, collections, and reconciliations. 🚀

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Process customer orders quickly and accurately 📦✉️
• ✅ Generate invoices & credit notes following company policies 🧮
• ✅ Apply daily customer payments 💳
• ✅ Monitor AR aging reports & follow up on overdue invoices ⏰
• ✅ Resolve or escalate customer queries 💬
• ✅ Assist with reconciliations, month/quarter-end closings, & audits 📅
• ✅ Keep customer master data updated in ERP 🧠

👩‍💼 Who you are

• 🌍 Strong communication in in Dutch and excellent command of English.
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 📆 Minimum 6 months’ experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance Operations (2–5 years is a plus!).
• 💡 Strong grasp of accounting and finance principles
• 🖥️Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• 📈Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
• 🗣️ Proactive communicator who enjoys working with numbers and people.
• 🧩 Detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused with great multitasking skills.
• 👍🏻Team player with an eagerness to learn and grow in an international setting.
