  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate product and service guidance.
  • Review customer requests, make informed decisions, and take action.
  • Identify areas to improve client experience and share suggestions with your team.

Track trends and help prevent recurring issues for clients.

Requirements

  • Native Dutch and fluent English (B2)
  • Customer support experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative
  • EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal
