Job Description

We're launching an exciting new Customer Service project at our contact center and are looking for motivated, customer-oriented Dutch-speaking candidates to join our growing team.

If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in an international environment, this is a great opportunity for you.

No sales — just customer service!

Tasks

Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and ticketing systems.

Assist customers with delivery tracking, parcel-related issues, returns, and general inquiries.

Ensure every interaction provides a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused experience.

Handle customer requests efficiently while meeting KPIs and quality standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer cases.

Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems.

Requirements

Native-level Dutch, both written and spoken.

Good command of English for internal communication and training.

Previous experience in customer service, a call center, or a contact center is an advantage.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.A customer-first mindset with empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others.

Benefits

A permanent 39-hour per week contract.

From monday to friday from 8hs to 19hs in two shifts and 2 saturdays a month from 9hs to 15hs.

Annual gross salary of €23,173, plus up to €3,480 gross per year in performance bonus.
