Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Dutch speaking Administrator to join the Accounts Payable team of a multinational construction company. The role will be based in Head Office and reporting to the Head of Management Accounting.

Responsibilities

Suppliers Invoices

  • Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
  • Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare batches of invoices for data entry.
  • Cost invoices for payment.
  • Process backup reports after data entry.
  • Reconcile Creditors Accounts.

Expenses including VISA

  • Verify that receipts and claims comply with financial policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee records.

Subcontractors

  • Receive and verify subcontractor certificates.

Other

  • Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
  • Provide cover for leave.

Experience

Required

  • Fluent Dutch speaker

Desirable

  • Previous experience of working in an Administration function

Qualifications

  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • Focus on maintaining accurate data and achievement of deadlines
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and able to communicate effectively in person and by telephone
  • Able to work as an effective team member
  • Able to produce consistently accurate results
  • Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
  • Keen to learn and develop.
