Coordinates real estate sale and acquisition transactions, including land augmentation by participating in due diligence and closing processes; participates as a team member in multi-site acquisitions and divestments. Track current and future development projects and assist in providing updates to senior management. Partner with Development Managers on site selection criteria and corporate approval process. Assist the Director of Real Estate and Development with special projects, site analysis, demographic studies, traffic count analysis, as well as other main tasks within the development progress. Contributes to team effort by completing other duties as assigned by management that supports the continued success of the Florida region. Must be forward thinking, high attention to detail, understands strategic and tactical business initiative. Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion in all real estate activities. Increases professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company plan guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
2 years’ experience required including real estate, asset management and property management.
Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
This role is based in the Charlotte, NC office and requires in-person presence five days per week.
