In this position, you will manage due diligence cases end-to-end across the Company, including First Line Assessment (FLA), Second Line Assessment (SLA), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). This role combines execution and control responsibilities and serves as a key quality layer to help ensure complete and consistent due diligence execution, compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and quality of outputs before escalation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform First Line Assessment (FLA), Second Line Assessment (SLA), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) across all types of due diligence cases.
  • Review and validate work completed by junior team members to help ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality before escalation.
  • Conduct risk-based due diligence assessments in line with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Manage client onboarding cases from initiation through completion.
  • Execute ongoing monitoring activities and maintain consistency across due diligence cases.
  • Maintain a complete audit trail and accurate documentation for all due diligence activities and decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, while supporting pipeline and case workflow management.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior colleagues and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of AML/KYC, due diligence, compliance practices, and a risk-based approach.
  • 1–3 years of experience in due diligence, AML, KYC, compliance, or financial services (fund industry preferred).
  • Solid AML/KYC knowledge and risk-based approach.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the fund industry ecosystem is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a structured manner.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Professional working proficiency in English; additional foreign languages are a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • High school diploma required; university degree preferred.
