Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute comprehensive duct cleaning services for residential and commercial clients.
  • Assess and diagnose ductwork conditions to recommend appropriate cleaning solutions.
  • Utilize specialized equipment to effectively remove dust, allergens, and debris from HVAC systems.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and client interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies during all operations.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and techniques in duct cleaning and air quality improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in duct cleaning or HVAC service roles.
  • Valid HVAC or duct cleaning certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork design.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
