Your Role

We are seeking a talented Duck Creek Policy Developer to join our Insurance Technology team and contribute to the delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives for leading insurers. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Duck Creek Policy solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business requirements.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Design, develop, and configure solutions within Duck Creek Policy Administration.
  • Create and maintain product configurations, business rules, forms, workflows, rating structures, and integrations.
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, testers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Perform enhancements, upgrades, and support activities across Duck Creek applications.
  • Develop and support integrations with internal and external systems using web services and APIs.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.

Your Profile

  • Proficiency in Duck Creek V7 platform and Express 3
  • Strong knowledge of Example Author, Example Transact, Example Express, Example Server, Example Manuscript, Example Forms, and SQL Server.
  • Experience in Duck Creek Upgrade projects and new product development.
  • Familiarity with code management and deployment tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration for this role is structured in accordance with this award, with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
