• Combine your Food Science studies at Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences with exciting practical phases at FRoSTA, with a special focus on product development and food innovation.
• Learn how market-ready food products are created, from recipe development, ingredient selection, and sensory testing to technological implementation and quality assurance.
• Gain experience across various departments, especially Product Development, as well as Production, Quality Management, Purchasing, Logistics, and Marketing, while gradually taking on your own responsibilities.
• Apply your knowledge of food chemistry, microbiology, food technology, business administration, and food law directly in practice through company projects and real-life business challenges.
• Contribute your expertise to development and transfer projects and help shape innovative food concepts.

Your Profile: What You Bring and What We Will Develop Together

• You have a university entrance qualification (Abitur), a university of applied sciences entrance qualification, or an equivalent qualification, and possess solid skills in mathematics and science subjects.
• You are interested in food products, their production, and quality, and are eager to understand how technology, science, and business interact within the food industry.
• You enjoy analytical and creative thinking, hands-on experiments, sensory evaluation, and scientific challenges, while approaching tasks in a structured and solution-oriented way.
• You are curious, motivated to learn, and excited to apply theoretical knowledge in laboratory settings and day-to-day business operations.
• You are enthusiastic about new products, trends, and ingredients, contribute your own ideas, and want to understand what makes food successful, safe, and sustainable.
