Du suchst ein Studium mit Zukunft, das Theorie und Praxis ideal verbindet? Dann starte dein duales Studium Dienstleistungsmanagement mit Schwerpunkt Energiewirtschaft (m/w/x) bei Magna am Standort Heilbad Heiligenstadt.

Hier verbindest du fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse mit der Energiewirtschaft und sammelst praxisnahe Erfahrung in unseren Teams – ein idealer Start für deine Karriere in einem zukunftsorientierten Bereich.

Das erwartet dich:

• Das 3-jährige duale Studium mit dem Abschluss Bachelor of Arts vereint ein Studium mit dem direkten Berufseinstieg bei uns.

• In den Studienphasen erwirbst du fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Grundlagen und beschäftigst dich mit zukunftsorientierten Themen wie Künstlicher Intelligenz und Data Analytics.

• Darüber hinaus vertiefst du dein Wissen in energie- und umweltbezogenen Fachthemen, wie Energie- und Umweltpolitik oder innovative Energietechnologien.

• Ergänzend baust du in Modulen wie Rhetorik, Teamtechniken und Wirtschaftsenglisch deine persönlichen und sozialen Kompetenzen aus.

• In den Praxisphasen übernimmst du eigenständig Aufgaben des Tagesgeschäftes im Bereich Energie und Umwelt

• Im Rahmen von Projekten trägst du aktiv zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei.

• Ergänzt werden die Praxisphasen durch die jeweils 3-monatigen Studienphasen an der Dualen Hochschule Gera-Eisenach am Standort Eisenach

• Du hast die allgemeine oder fachgebundene Hochschulreife erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

• Du interessierst dich für Themen rund um Energie, Umwelt, Wirtschaft und Digitalisierung.

• Du arbeitest selbständig, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst.

• Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke runden dein Profil ab.
