PermanentThis position is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical aspects of power generation equipment in the field and performing minor/major mechanic work on such equipment. The successful Candidate will be based out of our Edmonton Power Systems facility and will be on a Wednesday – Tuesday 7x7 shift, and will report directly to the Field Service Supervisor, Power Systems.

Shift: 7x7 continuous shift (Wednesday – Tuesday )
Location: Edmonton

  • Service, troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment
  • Assist in fulfilling our customer service commitment

Qualifications:

  • Interprovincial Electrician Certification
  • Interprovincial HET Certification (apprenticeship in progress will be considered)
  • Previous Power Generation experience
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organization, and communication skills and a commitment to safety
  • 3500 engine experience an asset
