The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Dual Site Manager to lead our soon-to-be renovated boutique alongside our brand new David Jones womenswear concession.

This is a rare opportunity for a commercially astute retail leader with a strong background in styling and apparel to shape two high-profile locations. You will drive performance, elevate the client experience, and build a passionate, styling-focused team that delivers both exceptional service and strong commercial results.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take full ownership of both locations, leading from the front, developing your people, and executing a clear, strategic vision that balances brand excellence with business performance.

This is a permanent full-time role, Tuesday–Saturday roster.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Inspiring Leadership - You are a confident and empowering leader who builds high-performing teams. You create a culture of accountability, collaboration and styling excellence, positioning your team as trusted fashion authorities and brand ambassadors.
  • Commercial Strategy & Business Acumen - You think like a business owner. You understand sales drivers, wage control, KPI performance, and conversion metrics, and know how to turn insight into action. You will develop and execute clear store strategies to maximise profitability across both sites.
  • Styling & Apparel Expertise - With a strong background in womenswear and styling, you elevate every client interaction. You coach your team to deliver personalised outfitting, wardrobing solutions and premium clienteling experiences that build loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Client Experience & Relationship Building - You are passionate about clienteling and understand the importance of nurturing long-term relationships. You will lead from the floor, setting the benchmark for service excellence.
  • Operational Excellence - From recruitment and performance management to rostering and VM execution, you ensure both sites operate seamlessly while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and brand integrity.
  • Visual & Brand Execution - You partner with VM to create compelling, fashion-forward environments that showcase product storytelling and inspire customers to engage and purchase.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Site Manager or Senior Store Manager within premium/luxury retail, ideally in apparel or fashion.
  • Strong styling capability and a genuine passion for womenswear and outfitting.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and drive sustained growth.
  • A track record of building, coaching and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Confidence in leading recruitment, succession planning and team development.
  • Exceptional clienteling skills and experience building VIP databases.
  • A natural leader who influences through positivity, clarity and accountability.
