Job Title: Supervisor, Asurion Operations (Forward Stocking – Dual Site)
PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION
Primary responsibility of the Supervisor is to oversee the day-to-day operations and administrative responsibilities of multiple Asurion forward stocking locations supporting various in-home client programs. This person serves as an integral part of the SCM support team by ensuring smooth, consistent, and effective operations across assigned sites while providing professional, fiscal, administrative, and clerical support to the department and management.
The Dual Site Supervisor is responsible for leading larger teams across multiple locations, ensuring operational consistency, inventory accuracy, service execution, employee engagement, and facility oversight at each site. This role requires proactive leadership, frequent communication, strong remote management capabilities, and increased follow-up with direct reports to ensure alignment with operational goals and service level expectations.
The Supervisor will also oversee daily claims and returns operations to ensure team members process requests accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Asurion guidelines, client expectations, and service level agreement requirements.

Bending, sitting, lifting, and standing based on the needs of the business, up to 75 lbs. Standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time, up to 100% of shift or overtime as required.

Specific vision abilities that may be required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word and/or communicating with customers and clients. Hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels and in environments with loud machinery.
Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals, and demands for overtime or shift work. Exposure to various materials including cardboard, metals, and plastics. Exposure to moving equipment and objects in the immediate work area such as automated machinery, fulfillment lines, heavily laden carts, and forklifts. Exposure to tools or materials with sharp edges that may involve risk of injury.
Regular travel between assigned locations is required.
