Dual Registered Manager – Children's Residential Care

📍 Location: Leeds (LS13 & LS12)
💰 Salary: £60,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance or Company Car + Bonuses (£2,000-£3,000 per visit)
⏳ Working Hours: Full-time | Permanent

The Opportunity

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager looking for the next step in your career? This is a rare opportunity to oversee two solo EBD homes and a 3-bed home, leading a dedicated team to create a safe and nurturing environment for young people aged 7 to 16

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Leader – Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
• Experienced Manager – Minimum 2 years as a Registered Manager or Dual Site Manager
• Strong Knowledge – Understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and trauma-informed care
• Passionate & Driven – Committed to making a lasting impact on young people’s lives
