Job Title: Dual Registered Children's Home Manager
Location: Warrington (WA1 & WA2)
Salary: Up to £75,000 (Base £55,000 - £60,000 + Outstanding/Good Ofsted & Placement Retention Bonuses)
Working Hour: Full Time
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs (1–2 children)
Qualifications Required: Level 5 (or working towards)
Experience in Years Required: Must have previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years
Employment Type: Permanent

The Home:

• Number of Beds: Home 1 – 1 bed, Home 2 – 2 beds

• Location: Warrington (WA1 & WA2)

• Type of YPs: EBD / Therapeutic needs

• Ofsted Rating: Registration ready / planning approved

• Ratio of staff to children: Small, manageable homes

Who we are looking for…

• Experienced in managing Ofsted-regulated children’s homes.

• Level 5 qualified (or working towards).

• Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge.

• Confident in leading registration and inspections.

• Values therapeutic, trauma-informed care.
