Job Description

As a Dual-Rate Slot Supervisor, you'll spend most of your time on the casino floor as a Slot Attendant, delivering exceptional guest service and helping create exciting gaming experiences. When leadership coverage is needed, you'll step into the role of Acting Slot Supervisor, leading the team, supporting operations, and serving as a key resource for both guests and fellow team members.

As a Slot Attendant

• Deliver outstanding guest service and create memorable gaming experiences.
• Process jackpots and complete required tax and compliance documentation.
• Assist guests with machine operation and answer questions about slot products and promotions.
• Troubleshoot basic slot machine issues and coordinate service when needed.
• Handle currency exchanges and maintain accountability of company funds.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, Title 31 requirements, and internal controls.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming casino environment

When Serving as Acting Supervisor

• Lead the Slot team during scheduled supervisory coverage assignments.
• Support daily floor operations and ensure service standards are maintained.
• Assist with team direction, work assignments, and operational communication.
• Help resolve guest concerns and escalated service situations.
• Monitor compliance with departmental procedures and gaming regulations.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for fellow team members.
• Partner with management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous casino, gaming, hospitality, customer service, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses
